Lake City Exteriors, Inc. is a family owned company that has been providing roofing and exterior products for close to 20 years. It was originally founded in 1993 by Jim Brown as a Roofing and Raingutter company. Today, Lake City Exteriors is owned and operated by Dave Brown and his brother, Justin Brown, and their cousin, John Brown, and has expanded to provide the various products and services listed above.
The primary focus of Lake City Exteriors is to provide builders and home owners with quality craftsmanship, effective time management, and excellent customer service. Lake City is a Preffered Contractor of Certainteed, Owens Corning, and many other reputable roofing and exterior manufacturers. With years of experience and a broad array of services, Lake City Exteriors can handle any roofing and exterior job.
