The current economic environment has created numerous real estate investment opportunities with profit margin levels that haven’t existed in decades. Housing and land prices have drastically fallen and residential construction has nearly stopped. At the same time, existing home sales have sharply declined while foreclosure rates are soaring to unprecedented levels resulting in an explosion in housing and land inventory. Unfortunately, this same economic environment is marked by numerous bank failures virtually shutting down the lending industry. Therefore, though investment opportunities are abundant, acquiring project funding through traditional lending institutions is nearly impossible. Furthermore, the stock market has been incredibly volatile and many Americans have recently seen their retirement savings sharply reduced, leaving them extremely wary of the equity markets.

Lake City Capital, LLC provides accredited investors access to uncommonly profitable real estate investment opportunities. The focus of Lake City Capital is to invest in distressed real estate properties and loans in order to capture significant value at deep discounts. The acquisition of these assets will be made through traditional methods, such as the MLS and other listing services, as well as exclusive access to FDIC loan pools. We invest in commercial or residential properties, raw or developed land, owner occupied residences, rental properties, vacant properties, completed properties, or incomplete properties. All investments are in some facet of real estate and are fully collateralized. Invested money will is NOT leveraged.
Lake City Capital is committed to generating significant growth to contributed capital for its shareholders and partners. We will do this through a proprietary operating cycle that utilizes several advantageous elements. A strong balance sheet. Keeping all acquisitions on a cash-only basis eliminates the need for loans and leverage, which in turn eliminates the cash flows required to service such debt, all the while maintaining a highly-collateralized business. We only acquire real assets – no equities, no derivatives, no securities. These elements – and more – all combine to create a unique opportunity for Lake City Capital’s partners.
